2. Launch market

WatchThemPlay is intended for use in Australia only during the MVP launch.

3. What WatchThemPlay does

WatchThemPlay helps parents and guardians manage game-day duties and arrange duty coverage within their sporting community.

4. Child safety and child profiles

The MVP uses parent-managed child profiles only. Children do not operate their own accounts at MVP.

WatchThemPlay does not provide public child profiles, open public child search, or direct adult-to-child messaging. Child-related information is intended to be managed by a parent or guardian.

5. Personal information we may collect

Depending on how the app is used, WatchThemPlay may collect information such as:

parent or guardian name and contact details;
account login details managed through Firebase Authentication;
club, team, duty, and game-day information entered into the app;
parent-managed child profile information needed to organise duties;
support requests sent to WatchThemPlay; and
technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

6. Information we do not collect or use at MVP

At MVP, WatchThemPlay does not use advertising, does not process payments, and does not track user location.

Information is used to operate WatchThemPlay, manage accounts, support duty-related workflows, respond to support requests, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service.

WatchThemPlay does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only where needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, protect rights and safety, or use trusted service providers that support the app infrastructure.

WatchThemPlay uses Firebase and related Google services for app infrastructure, hosting, authentication, database, and backend functions.
