These Terms of Use apply to the WatchThemPlay app and website.

1. Operator

WatchThemPlay is operated by Mark Andrew Hall trading as WatchThemPlay, ABN 27 474 517 629.

2. Australia-only MVP

WatchThemPlay is intended for use in Australia only during the MVP launch.

3. Purpose of the service

WatchThemPlay helps parents and guardians manage game-day duties and arrange duty coverage within their sporting community.

4. Parent-managed child profiles

At MVP, WatchThemPlay supports parent-managed child profiles only. Children do not operate their own accounts.

Users must not create or use WatchThemPlay in a way that bypasses parent or guardian management of child-related information.

5. Safety limitations at MVP

WatchThemPlay does not provide public child profiles, open public child search, or direct adult-to-child messaging. Users must not attempt to use the service to contact children directly.

6. User responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring information they enter is accurate, appropriate, and authorised. Users must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service for unlawful or unsafe purposes.

7. Clubs, teams, and duties

WatchThemPlay provides tools to assist with duty coordination. Users remain responsible for confirming any relevant club, team, venue, safety, working with children, or game-day requirements that apply outside the app.

8. No payments at MVP

WatchThemPlay does not process payments at MVP.

9. No advertising or location tracking at MVP

WatchThemPlay does not use advertising or location tracking at MVP.

10. Availability and changes

WatchThemPlay may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the MVP is tested and improved.

11. No guarantee

WatchThemPlay is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. While reasonable care is taken, the service may contain errors, interruptions, or limitations.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WatchThemPlay is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

13. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the WatchThemPlay Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
