These Terms of Use apply to the Subbo app and website.

1. Operator

Subbo is the product name used for the service. The service is operated by Mark Andrew Hall trading as WatchThemPlay, ABN 27 474 517 629.

2. Australia-only MVP

Subbo is intended for use in Australia only during the MVP launch.

3. Purpose of the service

Subbo provides tools to help parents, guardians and sporting communities manage game-day duties and arrange duty coverage.

4. Accounts

Users must provide accurate account information and must not allow another person to use their account without authorisation.

Parent and guardian users are responsible for invitations they issue for linked child accounts and for managing the approvals available to them through Subbo.

5. Child accounts

Child accounts may only be created through an invitation issued by a parent or guardian through Subbo.

Child accounts remain linked to the parent or guardian who issued the invitation. Certain actions taken by a child account may require parent or guardian approval.

Users must not attempt to bypass Subbo's child-account, invitation or approval controls.

6. Safety limitations

Subbo does not provide open public child search, public child profiles or direct adult-to-child messaging.

Users must not use Subbo for unlawful, unsafe, abusive or inappropriate conduct, or to seek unauthorised contact with a child.

7. User responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring information they enter is accurate, appropriate and authorised. Users must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service for unlawful or unsafe purposes.

8. Clubs, teams and duties

Subbo is a coordination tool. Users remain responsible for confirming any relevant club, team, venue, safeguarding, working-with-children, supervision or game-day requirements that apply outside the app.

9. Duty coverage

Subbo helps users request, offer and coordinate duty coverage. Subbo does not guarantee that another user will accept a duty or that an accepted arrangement will ultimately be performed.

Users remain responsible for confirming duty arrangements and complying with any requirements imposed by their club, association, venue or sporting organisation.

10. No payments at MVP

Subbo does not process payments at MVP.

11. No advertising or location tracking at MVP

Subbo does not use advertising or track users' physical location at MVP.

12. Availability and changes

Subbo is an MVP under development. Features may be changed, added, removed, suspended or temporarily unavailable as the service is tested and improved.

13. No guarantee

Subbo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. While reasonable care is taken in operating the service, it may contain errors, interruptions or limitations.

14. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, consequential or special loss arising from use of the service is excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

15. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Subbo Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as Subbo develops. The current version will be published on this page with the date of the latest update.
